“Bếp núc” or “kitchen and cooking” is a common, folksy phrase used to describe the humble work of preparing meals in the kitchen. This homey activity is rarely seen or discussed at dining tables when surrounded by extravagantly presented meals, however.
But we'd like to see that change. We greatly admire the behind-the-scenes labor that goes into each dish and think it needs to be celebrated, so we choose "NÚC" as the name of our kitchen and bar to emphasize how honest labors of love fuel the core values of our approach to food and beverage: Nature, Vietnam and Innovation
