Our Gastronomy with Nature in Mind concept acknowledges this bounty and leads us to believe that every culinary experience should be an environmentally responsible one. Selecting sustainable and natural food sources reduces our impact on the ecosystem and encourages creativity. Our commitment extends to how we source ingredients, prioritize local and seasonal items follow eco-conscious kitchen operations that minimize food waste while maintaining a complete plastic-free policy.

We aim to tantalize your taste buds while nurturing our planet because it never needs to be a choice of a great meal or a healthy planet.

Enjoying food involves more than your physical senses. Flavors are a matter of memory, emotion and mood and we want to guide you to nostalgia, comfort and excitement.

To do so, we embrace a traditional and natural atmosphere via our silverware, decor, layout and presentation. Our rustic interior design adds warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere with natural and recycled wood, rough walls, Biên Hòa ceramics and artwork by local creatives. Just beyond the entrance to NÚC, luffa trellises, vines, papaya trees and other plants reflect our connection to the hearts and memories of Vietnamese people. This is our small way of showcasing how we hope everyone could live in harmony with nature.
