Chí Nguyệt Phú, Head Bartender at NÚC Concept Kitchen & Bar, started his bartending career in 2015. Although he didn’t like alcohol at first, his love for mixology grew naturally after learning from experienced bartenders in Saigon. They inspired his passion, and for him, every cocktail is not just a drink but a story filled with flavor and excitement.


Phú’s career hasn’t been easy, but his achievements are a source of pride. In 2022, he secured second place at the Vietnam Whisky Festival and held prominent positions such as Bar Supervisor at ĂnĂn Saigon and Head Bartender at 419 Cocktail Bar.


To Phú, being a great bartender is not only about technical skills but also about paying close attention to details and organizing his work smoothly. He always listens to his customers and tries to make drinks that taste good and connect with their emotions.


Phú’s inspiration can come from anywhere, often sparked by his choice of fresh ingredients. His bartending style is a delicate balance of sweet and sour, designed to tantalize the palate while leaving a lasting impression. Phú also incorporates infusion techniques to craft personalized, unique liquors that reflect his signature style. When it comes to presentation, he favors simplicity, believing that true elegance lies in minimalism, where each cocktail becomes a work of art.
