Born on November 14th, 1984, Chef Syrco Bakker is a culinary pioneer with Dutch and Indonesian roots. His unwavering passion for innovation and his dedication to showcasing local ingredients have propelled him to the forefront of the culinary world.

Under his astute leadership, Pure C restaurant garnered numerous accolades, including two Michelin stars and the prestigious title of "Chef of the Year" in 2022. His culinary prowess has also earned him a coveted spot in The Best Chef Awards 2018 and a remarkable ranking in LEKKER 500 - 2023. His unique and pure style has earned him numerous accolades, including:

  • Number #31 at The Best Chef Awards 2018
